The generators run third-party models on your behalf, so their rules apply on top of ours. In short, do not use NextGenFilmmaker to generate:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content of a real person without their consent.
- A real person's face or voice presented as genuine — deepfakes intended to deceive, impersonate, defame or harass. Clearly fictional or satirical use with a real likeness needs that person's permission.
- Content that incites violence or hatred against people for who they are, or that praises terrorism.
- Fraud: fake reviews, fake news presented as real, phishing material, counterfeit branding.
- Anything that infringes copyright or trademark you do not hold or have permission to use, including uploading others' footage as reference to copy it.
- Spam, or automated bulk generation to resell raw output.
Your connected assistant
If you connect Claude or ChatGPT to your account, everything it generates counts as yours: the same rules, your credits, your responsibility. Keep the connector link private and revoke it if it leaks.
Other people's work
Tutorials and prompts here are free to use in your own films. Do not republish them as your own, and do not scrape the site.
Enforcement
We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or delete the account, with a refund of unused purchased credits unless the breach was fraud. Model providers may also refuse a run; a refused run costs nothing. To report something, use the contact page; reports are read first.
