Before you write

• A charge, a refund, a missing credit — include the email on your account and the date. The refund policy says what to expect.
• A run that failed — failed and canceled runs are refunded automatically; check History first. If a run is stuck, it is settled by us within a day.
• Access to generate — generating is invite-only while the app is fully tested; ask on the invite page.
• Your account or data — you can delete both yourself from Settings → Danger zone; write if you want a copy of your data first.
• Something wrong on the site, or something generated that should not have been — write with a link; reports of abuse are read first.
• Security — if you have found a vulnerability, email the same address with “security” in the subject. Please do not test against other people's accounts.
