What this is
NextGenFilmmaker publishes tutorials, prompts and workflows for making video with AI, and provides generators that run third-party AI models on your behalf. Reading is free. Generating uses credits.
Your account
You need an account to generate, save projects and keep history. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is yours to answer for. New accounts start with no credits; there is no free allowance to generate with.
Credits
One credit is one US cent. Credits bought in a pack are valid for 90 days from the purchase date; unused credits are removed after that. A first pack is refundable within 14 days only while none of its credits has been used; every later pack is non-refundable (see the refund policy). A run reserves the price shown before you generate — the model's price at the settings you chose — and settles at the final price for those settings, never more than three times the reservation; failed and canceled runs are refunded in full. Credits have no cash value outside the service. Credit packs are bought through Stripe; the unused part of a pack can be refunded within 14 days as set out in the refund policy. While the app is being tested, generating and buying credits are by invite.
What you make
Files from a run are kept for 90 days from the run, the life of the credits that paid for it, then removed; the prompt and settings stay in History so the shot can be made again. Films in the Library are kept for a year, or for as long as you mark them Keep. Download anything you want to hold beyond that. Deleting a run or a film removes its files at once.
You own what you generate, subject to the terms of the model provider whose model made it. You are responsible for what you ask the models to make and for how you use the result. Do not generate content that is illegal, that impersonates a real person without their consent, or that violates someone else's rights.
Publishing to YouTube
Publishing uses the YouTube API Services, so by connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We upload only what you press Publish on, to the channel you pick, at the visibility you chose (private unless you change it). Our content
Tutorials, prompts and workflows are free to read and to use in your own films. Please do not republish them as your own.
Availability
The generators depend on third-party providers and may be slow, changed or unavailable without notice. We may change or discontinue features. We will try to give notice when it matters.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone; this removes your profile, projects, connectors and history. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
