Refund policy

Runs that fail cost nothing. Packs you have not used come back.

Last updated 19 September 2026.

Runs (credits)

Every run reserves its estimated cost when you press generate and settles when the model provider finishes. A run that fails, is rejected by the provider, or is canceled while still queued is refunded to your balance in full, automatically, within seconds. A run left unfinished for hours is settled by us and refunded if the provider never delivered. You can see every reservation, settlement and refund in History.

A run that succeeds is charged at the provider's real price, capped at three times the reservation; the result is yours whether or not you like it. Taste is not a fault, and we cannot refund a finished generation, because the provider has already charged us for it.

Credit packs (money)

Credits are bought in packs through Stripe. Within 14 days of buying a pack you may ask for a refund of the unused part of it; we refund that part to the original payment method and remove the same credits from your balance. Credits already spent on successful runs are not refundable. After 14 days, credits are not refundable but never expire.

If a pack was bought by mistake, or twice, write within 14 days and it is refunded in full provided the credits are still on the account.

Charged more than expected

If a settlement looks wrong — a run charged far above its estimate, a credit that vanished — write with the run's date and model. We check the provider's invoice against your ledger and correct any difference in your favour.

How to ask

Email the contact address from the email on your account, with the date of the purchase or run. Refunds to a card take 5–10 working days to appear after we issue them, depending on the bank.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost everything within a day. An account with an open chargeback cannot generate until it is settled.
